Anyone care to lend some insight into the Davona Dale Saturday at GP.  Bird on the Wire, fast progressing line.  Enchantress with the in and out pattern. Cavorting returning off a long layoff. Lassofthemohicans with a solid pair.  Silverpocketsfull also a nice driving line.  Eskenformoney, the other Pletcher horse.  Jacaranda another off a long layoff.  Heck, I can make a case for Skipalute to hit the board at a price.  Tough race.

Silverpocketsfull and Lassofthemohicans. Stronger preference towards the former in win bets (unless the odds are way lower than anticipated).  Using both in horizontals and verticals as keys given large field. Coincidentally, both are Indian Charlie fillies.

With Silver\'s familiarity with Forever Unbridled, I\'ll be playing FU at FG although to a lesser monetary extent in the Rachel Alexandra.  (Anyone like how I did that???)

Davona Dale is at 3:00 CST and Rachel is at 4:54 CST so you have plenty of time to adjust/strengthen your opinions.  My only fears on Silver are that she is a closer at Gulf, she is certainly pointing to the Gulfstream Oaks and Kentucky Oaks so she may not be fully cranked.  However, I will still play her tomorrow.

I put Distinta on my watch list after her troubled trip
in the Forward Gal.

I\'m ambivalent about whether she caused her own troubles
in that race when the jock was searching for some racing
room, but I do know this:

- she is getting faster (forging development)

- she\'s fit, with a nice work in between races

- she will be a fat price again tomorrow

A must use for me. Might be a stretch to make her a win
contender, but if she hits 2nd or 3rd the exotics will
be huge.

Completely agree with Fairmount on those 2 filles, and will use the same way.

Skipalute should also not be dismissed at a big price.

Thanks!  I too will say FU to FG.  Sill can\'t make heads or tails of the Davona Dale but I\'ll play a bit with both Silverpocketsfull and Lassofthemohicans.  Have to use the fav Birdatthewire.  Use a TG staple the three horse box and hope.

Don\'t leave out Puca. She broke the maiden at a 1-turn route at Belmont and Mott saw enough to go straight to BC Juvy fillies. Big stat here, Mott is 10-27 in Graded Stakes 61-180 days on dirt.

That was mine until she opened as 2/1 fave...can\'t take those odds

Sorry man.  Blame it on Kenny Peck (joking).  Late last night, a friend text me to say he had picked Silver and FU on top also.  Whenever that happens....a longer priced pick that Peck also picks, it doesn\'t go well.

I thought FU ran well but Larry Jones\' horses were both too good.  I\'ll potentilly stick with her approaching the Oaks or on Oaks day.  I thought her move in the turn was a winning one.
