Just when you think NYRA could not be any more out of touch with it\'s core customer, they spend money on a position that will not increase attendance or handle by 1/2%.A newly created position of Chief Experience Officer was created and filled today.

NYRA CEO Chris Kay keeps talking up \"enhancing the guest experience\" What an out of touch exec to not recognize the NY Racing crowd is predominantly off track and nothing will change that.

Meanwhile, no movement on opening Restaurant/Teletheatres in the 5 boroughs which will surely increase handle.
