After reading the article that was posted yesterday it is very hard to not scrutinize anything out of the ordinary that happens there.  Case and point, in the 2nd race tonight which was a F&M stake, Five Star Mama was bet heavily early. She\'s Ordained was left in the gate leaving Five Star Mama on an easy lead. It appeared that Carmouche stopped hitting his mount and really didn\'t want to go bye Five Star Momma losing by a nose with little effort.  Had She\'s Ordained not been left in the gate she wins easily.  Coincidence?

Just watched the replay.
Looked to me like the jock hit her 5-6 times coming down the lane. We all need to calm down.

Also very unlikely someone would mess around in a 150k race there.

The guys who face charges were cheating to win, not cash bets on others by stiffing horses.

The whip taps were light, the jock would have been better off putting the whip away with 70 left, hitting her one or 2 less times, and going to a very aggressive hand ride on the neck/head and shoving the horse forward. This was a game filly who was trying hard, she didnt need to be whipped that many times, a strong hand ride with better aerodynamics in the final 70 might gotten her the win, or at least gotten her closer imo.
