NYRA is spending money to \"bring in more fans\" by building a grandstand (Yes) at the Oklahoma Tr track here is Saratoga. This will take away 20(guessing) parking spots and keep the trainers happy by adding more noise to a pretty quiet area. The \"bring in more fans\" line was what I was told by one of the security gents. Instead of opening up the Main Track in early June and attempt to keep the horses and their am jocks safe they come up w this chestnut. The Okl tr track is dangerously narrow for the amount of horses pour into town after the Belmont Stakes. Whats next?
