JB,

Lost in the shuffle of the Derby was the fact that Wise Dan ran a 3.5 negative in the Woodford.

That\'s insane (I don\'t mean to imply the figure is wrong at all, I mean, holy smokes is this horse fast)

Off the top of your head, is that the biggest route turf figure you have ever given out?

TGJB

You\'re right, it was lost in what was going on to the point I didn\'t even think twice about it. Alan\'s going to see if he can figure it out later, but we think that\'s the fastest.

Some kind of horse. Your horse picked the right time to tie up. Like left handed hitters against Randy Johnson.

Sweet Jesus, I would have been super pissed if Warrior had wasted a \"0\" only to get beat by 5 lenghts.

I mean, horses only have so many of those in them.  Well, at least most horses only have so many of those in them.  Wise Dan seems like he can roll out of bed and run one.

I know he got horse of the year and everything so it\'s not like he\'s flying under the radar but I somehow still feel and this horse isn\'t given all of the respect that he deserves.

If one of the big name trainers that the media trips all over themselves to flatter everyday trained this monster, we would never hear the end of it.

Yeah, and they\'re going to run him in the exact same friggin races as last yr (4*D, Woodbine/Shad/BCM). How exciting.

Irwin and Valour should get much much credit for doing exact opposite with AK. They take shots. Big ones. Why on Earth would you not take Wise Dan to Ascot either in June or October?

Or at the very friggin least, back to the dirt here for Foster/Whitney/Classic.

(and yes i know he has Succesful Dan...boring)
