First study of the sheets for me concludes that Gemologist is the most likely winner of the Derby.  And I like Went The Day Well and El Padrino to finish underneath.

Furthermore I\'ll say Gemologist is our most likely Triple Crown winner in many years

The idea that one can look at a horse\'s current Sheet and identify him as the winner of his next 3 races is absurd to me.

This is merely making a call for the sake of being able to say, \"I told ya so\", or \"You heard it here first\". This adds no value to the ongoing discussion.

You liked Alpha before so no surprise you\'ve landed on Gemologist after the Wood.

His sheet looks pretty good and he\'s undefeated with wins at CD.My problem with Gemologist is the slow finish against the clock in the Wood.

Anyone else having trouble with his final 1/8th in a little over 13 seconds?
His running style suggests ground loss as well.If he draws inside is there any evidence he wants to sit down in traffic eating dirt?Right or wrong I\'m leaning towards tossing him at what should be single digit odds.

He\'ll catch extra dollars because of KMc, as he should.   Value will be major key, here.

The guy gave his opinion on who he likes in the Derby.  So whats the problem with that??

In previous years I\'ve seen others tout horses, and even mention the Triple Crown on this board.  Did you jump and complain then??

I\'ve seen many people make comments that don\'t further discussions, including you. Many times. A bit hypocritical to say it about someone else.

What are the odds of the high horse you\'re riding have on hitting the board in Louisville??

Geezus, get off the guy\'s back.

Take a chill pill, friend. You are overreacting, and butting in, too -- I\'m sure the guy can defend himself.

I said nothing bad about his Derby pick, per se -- I said it seemed absurd to name a horse the likely winner of his next three races from looking at his Sheet.

What is it about that comment that makes you foam at the mouth? Do YOU regularly identify winners of three consecutive races from one Sheet?

Both of you guys knock it off. None of that is productive. Or funny, which is worse.

Self deletion.

BTW, what I deleted would have been funny.
