I am going to be in Lexington for a few days during the meet.  When are the TG sheets available at the location given on this site?

Look on the Sales Site page. We sell at The News Stand. More specifics are shown on the sales site page. We sell Keeneland sheets and one simulcast book edition to provide TG information for other major tracks being taken at the track. Data are usually there the day before the races, except for Wednesday which will arrive Wednesday morning.
