to good to not pass along after agreeing to raise the takeout in California Sen Tom Harman said \"We need to do what we can to encourage the inducstry to try new things and new avenues.\" Hey Tom raising the takeout isn\'t a new idea just a bad one and this is not a new avenue it is a continuation of milking the same customers over and over again. We need some people who know something about horse racing making these decisions.
