TGJB: By far the most important part of this story is that criminal charges were filed, not just track penalties.

docicu3: It makes you wonder what got the police interested enough to cross that line and file criminal charges.  I used to think the authorities thought the cost of bringing these to trial didn\'t yield enough to justify the risk so what was so special about this when other trainers have been caught with syringes laced with Cobra venom and worse.....why now???
