Thoro-Graph is sold daily from the binocular stand in the GRANDSTAND. It\'s available starting some time late in the card the previous day. The stand is at the end of the last bank of betting windows nearest the clubhouse.

The seminars at the Carolina Barbecue (right across from the Carousel) will start a little earlier this year. Gates open at 10:30, we\'re starting at 10:40 sharp, we have to cover the whole card before they start announcing changers at 11:30, is my understanding. Steve Byk may have some comments on that.

Whoever gives the seminar and Bill Spillane usually hang around the Barbecue picnic table throughout the card, so even if you don\'t make the seminar, drop by. This especially goes for those who usually play at the Albany TeleTheater. We need to talk to you.

Is it correct that Harvey Pack is no longer with NYRA and there will no longer be seminars at Siro\'s? Well, you better get a lot more chairs behind the barbecue!

miff

Harvey Pack will do a TV, in studio, thing will Dan Illman DRF. Steve Crist will always take care of Harvey. The torch for the old Siro\'s seminars has been officially passed to Little Andy(Serling) and will be held from now on in the Carousel Restaurant in the grandstand.

Thanks, Miff.  Good to have you back. As for little Andy, I\'ve never heard someone with so much knowledge, so many good sounding angles, and yet so few winners.  Jerry needs more chairs and a microphone. Hope to be there for the Whitney and Travers.

miff

DR,

In fairness to Little Andy,he swings for the fences every time. His strength is in trip reading, not in picking lots of short priced winners.Good luck!

Is the audio for the seminars available anywhere for those of us who can\'t make it to SAR?

TGJB

Steve wants to do that, the reason we won\'t is I can\'t see the advantage in having non-sheet players listen and kill the prices for the rest of us. For free.

Andy\'s a friend of mine, and he\'s not as much of a curmudgeon since he got the NYRA gig. But that carousel thing is why we have to start earlier, which means a half hour less sleep for me. So screw him. And we don\'t want a lot of non-sheet non-paying customers hanging around, I wish they were doing it somewhere else.

I think if I remember to sit in the middle we won\'t need the microphone.

So, do you need the sheets to listen in..Do you have to show that you bought the sheets for the day?

TGJB

We don\'t check, no. But the ones who get there early to get seats are almost always TG customers, you can see them following along.

Jerry have you considered webcasting these seminars?  I will be at my condo in MACAU and I would love to see them.

You\'re always a winner in M-A-C-A-U.

Maybe a video Redboard Room once a week? My gang rarely arrives before 11 and I would love to put a face to the login name.

If you want Jerry and Allan on webcasts, then I am guessing you haven\'t seen them in person before.  Voice webcasts only?  That would work  :)

And yes, I also live in that glass house..........

Jerry --

This sched actually works great for me, since I can attend both seminars!

Are you saying the Carousel show is starting earlier? Weird. Has started at noon for as long as I can remember.

TGJB

Fortunately, I\'m not trying to look good to YOU. Sheesh.

We hang around the Carolina Barbecue throughout the card if anyone misses the seminar.

Usually at 11:30 they start with prior day replays with Durkin shouting in the background, then the do a soft piece with Mary..(forget her name), that brings you to Noon the national Anthem, and then the Andy Serling show (twilight zone) begins. Actually I got to know Andy a little bit over the years, and as Miff says he\'s not a chalk eating weasel and a halfway decent guy!!

Anyway bring your sheets !!

Or you can download the seets to your laptop and bring a couple of extra batteries to look at your sheets paperless and go green (environmentally friendly)!!
