I\'d feel a little more enthusiastic about it if the same thing was being quoted from multiple congressmen. But this is at least the blueprint for how the Sport of Kings is to be cleaned up and directs to the door the Johnny Come Lately trainers. Threaten the water from their revenue stream and they will do the right thing and clean themselves up:
