Good thing Curlin can\'t read the papers or testify in court. All he needs to do is race on which is what he does best. Better than anybody in the world for that matter.

Kenny McPeek picked this horse out of the Keeneland September sale and bought him for Bill and Shirley for $51,000 while he was taking a break from training and working solely as a bloodstock agent.  When he returned to training last spring, Curlin was the ONLY horse of the dozens he\'d bought for them that he asked to have back to train.  They kept him with Kenny\'s former assistant, Helen Pitts.  We all know the rest of the story of Curlin\'s success.
Kenny McPeek is 45 years old.  His Magdelena Farm Training Center is up and running and he\'s really hitting his stride at Gulfstream.  This man will pick out and train a derby winner before it is all said and done.

Dodie,

Jailhouse talk has it that the reason Bill Gallions bail was set so high is he has a brother who lives in Germany and he is a high risk for flight. Also no one has been able to figure out where has stashed the $50M or so in cash which was his cut of the booty, so he could easily spend the next fifteen years sailing the world in some kind of yacht, ala Blowfelt or someone similar, instead of wearing orange cloths and eating hard biscuits like he is now.

Mills is broke so can\'t make the $5.0M bail anyway.

Cunninghams bail was set so high because the Judge wanted to be sure Cunningham wouldn\'t be doing some sort of Trophy acceptance speech with Team Curlin anytime soon like his wife did after they won the Jockey Club Gold Cup............
