Looks like the two biggest Terminators from Derbies past are back at it again. Wayne Lukas and Bob Baffert are attempting to rise from the dead and show a group of newcomers (Doug O\'Neil), underachievers (Todd Pletcher) and stealth bombers (Barkley Tagg) that nothing short of a nuclear explosion is going to keep them from getting up off theirs backs everyday and to their respective barns with nothing more on their minds than Terminating all other hopes of taking home the biggest prize in racing given away on the first Saturday in May. (See Bloodhorse Story)

Hearing Lukas quote Beyer figures and other numbers almost makes me wonder if he didn\'t fall prey to some sexy looking female with a nice wiggle and she crossed his wires on him. Wouldn\'t be the first time.

Nevertheless by the end of this weekend two things are for certain, we will start to learn more and two if the barn dogs start barking.

Guess who is coming.............

Hate to reply directly to my own message, but over the last few years when it comes to chasing the Derby or just an appearance at the Derby, Baffert seems like he is made out of \"Liquid Metal\".

Everytime it looks like he is blown out of the picture he seems to re-materialized again and he is right back in the picture front and center.

We have had private purchases from:

Sportsman
Inner @ Aqu
Panama Downs
Calder

However he is batting 25% off the above so you can\'t argue with the old saying of,

\"You can\'t win if you are not in\"
