I thought by far that,  DAVID JUNIOR put in the most impressive showing on the card.  It looked like the TIN MAN wasn\'t stopping and DJ went by him with ease.  If he stays sound and keeps his form, he is going to be dangerous on Breeder\'s Cup Day: I think too, that he\'s got a couple of moves ahead of him in his 4yo year.  Question for JB: what are the medication regs. in Dubai?  How tight is security on the vets , horses etc?  Strange how the US horses need lasik at home but were able to run without it in a country with a very humid climate.

No lasix is allowed, but I don\'t know the answers to the rest.

David Junior was the best value of the day given his Timeform and TG figures.
I agree that we will see more of him in the future. It was good to see Jamie Spencer finally mature compared to his terrible rides on Powerscourt last year.
He made some very intelligent comments in the pre-race interview as well. Looks like when Coolmore fired him, it was a timely wake-up call. He definitely suits this horse well.

For what it\'s worth, my view on the US horses running well without Lasix is that it just shows that it is overused here whether the horses need it or not. There is some good experimental evidence that it\'s performance enhancing effects may have more to do with it\'s ability to mask other drugs than to control bleeding.

Is Dubai a country with a very humid climate?
