Its always hard to bet upon a horse coming back off an injury. It takes a lot of critical thought to try and get it right and even then the bettor is liable to come down on the wrong side of the equation.

Here\'s a horse that is coming back off an injury. It wasn\'t an injury his connections were able to diagnose for awhile, but if they\'ve got it right its not an injury that seems especially likely to stop the horse now.

Theres no doubt, to me at least, that this horse was one of the best in the crop and now, here he finally is again in what may be a softer spot with almost 5 months of careful handling under his belt. He also has five months of maturation time under his belt, even if he didn\'t run during that time and demonstrate proof of that maturation. In other words maturation that generally still occurs.

The last time this horse ran, he ran a race somewhat like Super Frolic\'s Pacific Classic. He was close to a quick pace. snatched the lead from the pace horse with an authoritative move and appeared well on his way when he ran into a problem. The problem isn\'t in the coming race.

The JC Gold Cup is Saturday and you\'re discussing the INDIANA DERBY?

When you began speaking of \"hurt\" horses, I thought you were talking about Rock
Hard Ten.

So your looking for Snappy to run sneaky good at Hoosier and upset the BC Classic
at boxcars?

Hey Richiebee,

Probably just going to watch the Indiana Derby, but if he comes back to Preakness form, Zed to -1, His connnections would be silly not to run him in the Classic. Theres no races left to target, plus the Classic field has lots of question mark horses.

Personally, I think he may have got hurt in the Preakness when he shied from the whip and the Jocky got off balance on him. Watch it again. He ran on, but I know you know hurt horses many times do.

I\'m surprised Ro Parra doesnt already own him. Check out his sheet. His only \"non forge\" race is the slip saddled Wood.

Hey, I\'ve been waiting for this horse to surface (expected to see him in the Jerome per their original plans).  Scrappy T was worked on by hind-end specialist Dr. Steve Allday and I\'ve had him on my watch list ever since!
