Jason: Please jettison your modesty and give me more details.

Jason--first of all, congrats. Don\'t know how far back you go betting these races, so it\'s hard to compare, and anyway, that\'s not the point.

1. I brought up my record in that department not to confirm the figures, but in response to direct comments from Patent and Soup about success of picks and willingness to go on record.

2. As I have said here before, all the results in the world can only end up being evidence, not proof. There is no proof.

3. I have no reason to doubt you, but the point was that I was on record, in public, before the fact, and in all those cases I mentioned save for this year hit it on a specific play. Hopefully you realize those were not the only big races I hit, or even hit on the record.

I started using Ragozin sheets in 1990, but only bet these races seriously starting in 1992.  Frankly, if I had known then what I know now, I would have done better in 1992, which I consider to have been the betting opportunity of a lifetime.  (BTW, I am curious whether you had Arazi\'s \"impressive\" BC Juvenile being as slow as Ragozin.  That is what made him a clear throwout in the Derby.)

I know that your point was comparing track records for advance statements, but as I have said before, that to me is irrelevant. (Frankly if the two of you had not given your DRF picks in 1998, I almost certainly would have done better).  I am interested in the quality and accuracy of the sheets and how they can benefit my handicapping.

By comparing your record against Friedman, you are not merely trying to assert that you are a better handicapper than Friedman, which you may be, but that your sheets are better. My point, is that there are plenty of Ragozin users who have done extremely well in Triple Crown and Breeder\'s Cup races regardless of what Friedman has done.

hey, I know this one chick who cashed big on the lottery using her numbers system.

I really had no interest in it, but I\'ll ask for you.

now that I think about it, I know this other chick who picked up $20k in the casino --- maybe I\'ll ask for her system, too.

(that was a reply to jerry, not jason)

do you guys use \'threaded\', or \'flat\' view?
