JB,

Jeremy Rose was tatooing AA from the eighth pole to almost the wire. Whats\' with the \"h\". AA was full throttle to the wire, I looked at the replay 5 times, he was anything but held.

Chuckles_the_Clown2: he gave him a few whacks, though its hard to say tattoo. I felt a cuple of them were half hearted or feints, but i could be wrong. Too fast is too fast regardless of whacks. The question is was it too fast.

miff: My only point is, AA was not held.TG saw it wrong.

jimbo66: CtC,

You are missing the point completely.

Miff,

I just realized there was an \"h\" there.  I couldn\'t agree with you more, that horse was very clearly ridden out.  I just rewatched the race again to make sure I wasn\'t seeing things, and he was hard ridden to the wire.

strange that Jerry would put an \"h\" next to the race, I thought he criticized both Ritchey for his training and Rose for the hard ride, in an earlier thread.

I would put an \"h\" next to the Wood before I put one next to the Arkansas Derby.

miff: Jim,

If BR didn\'t get the \"H\"with Castellano fist pumping just past the 1/16th pole, how doess AA get it.

TGJB: Don\'t know where we got the \"h\" from, could be our trackman, could be the chart. We\'ll check it.

Chuckles_the_Clown2: Rose was up and pumping pre wire

miff: CtC,

I\'m not splitting hairs, AA was not held in any sense of the word as it applies to racing.

jimbo66: Clown,

Are you just blatantly lying to provoke response by being an idiot?

Or are you delusional?

Rose never pumped anywhere near the wire.  Gimme a break.

You may disagree with my interpretations but please don\'t question my years of subtle visual discernments. Or at least if you do question them be more civil about it.

jimbo66: Clown,

Whether a jockey has stopped riding and pumps his hand in the air before the wire, is not a subtle visual discernment.

The replay of the Arkansas Derby has been on TV all day long and it is readily available on the internet.  No handpumping.  Not even after the wire until he crossed it by quite a bit.

That is just a fact.  Move on and start work on your post Derby posting.

\"The result was not unforeseeable.  Luckily I saved with the Super...........\"

Starts something like that.  Fill in the rest.

Chuckles_the_Clown2: Jimbo...why dont we do it this way:

You tell me your bets and i\'ll tell you right now whether you\'ve already lost.
May 06, 2005, 07:39:49 PM
jimbo66: Fine.

I will play the pick 4 tomorrow, using Miss Terrible, Warning Zone, Ticker Tape and Sand Spring in the 7th.  In the 8th, I spread against Madcap Escapade, using 4 or 5.  In the 9th, I use Sweet Return, Perfect Drift, Mustanfar and A to the Z.  In the Derby, I hope to be alive to BAndini, Noble Causeway, Sun King and Bellamy Road.

If I am alive, that covers me if Bellamy Road wins.  Then I bet against him in the Derby, putting Bandini and Noble Causeway on top of horses in the exactas and super.

davidrex:      Jimbo,

Relax and smell the roses,we\'re just a bunch of degenerates pretending to figure out a race where teenage animals are going a distance of ground for 1st time...carrying 126 1st time...field of 20 1st time...in front of 100k fans 1st time...

It\'s a carnival tomorrow...enjoy the dog acts and the clowns...may good fortune shine down on all of us.
