Alydar/Janis-- Boy, are you predictable.

1-- Still trying to get me to talk to you on the phone. It\'s not going to happen. You have behaved very badly for a long time, and you are a guy posting anonymously. You are not going to get treated like you are eye to eye with those of us with a name and a record of accomplishment in this industry, whether it\'s me or George White, or treated like those customers who behave themselves, no matter how many bombs you throw. You cute little cyber-terrorist, you.

2-- You are right about the board being screwed up-- I found out yesterday when I went looking for those posts so I could repost them myself. I\'ve got Paul working on it.

3-- Aside from being BS, the \"home field\" thing is weak and silly on the face of it-- I specifically said I wanted you to post on the Rag board, where I can\'t delete anything. As you are well aware, what I\'m trying to do is narrow the focus to keep you from trying to spread the debate in every possible direction to obscure the fact that you are taking another pounding, and to keep from wasting a lot of my precious time on you.

4-- If you are ready to do it, say so. I\'ll start, and I\'ll do it in good faith. But understand-- you don\'t know what you\'re talking about regarding the GP stuff, and I do, which will be clear from my first post. And even after you see that, you are agreeing to discuss the Derby and BC stuff in detail, in good faith, ON THE RAGOZIN BOARD, which will make it clear that you know that those guys not only made major errors, not only lied to their customers, but have left known errors uncorrected for PR reasons. And when THEY (not I) delete your post, you are agreeing to post it, and that they deleted you, on our board.

I\'m going to hand you your head. Again. As you know, I have avoided wasting my time with you. But this gives everyone a chance to actually see what those guys did and do, with the biggest races of the year, so it\'s worth it.

If this is the fellow named \"Alydar from S. California\" that use to post here a couple years ago? I don\'t think he\'s gonna take on the Rag folks at their site mano a mano upon the figure errors. Its just not gonna happen. And supposing wildly he does, when they delete the post four seconds after he posts it, how will you determine that it was posted? Which is irrelevent because he\'s gonna evade there for a couple reasons and he\'s gonna phrase everything theorhetically. Posting is fun sometimes. It also forces you to organize your thoughts. The Rags are the last hand feeding him and he\'s not gonna bite them for fear of losing that last bone.

Alydar-- your non-response is an outright lie. I remember exactly why you wanted to talk to me (you attacked me, then said basically you were a well mannered nice guy, and \"we can clear this up\" if we talk on the phone), and you more recently pulled the same crap with George (\"You botched it, of course\", followed by, \"we can clear this up if we talk on the phone\").

If you want to have the narrowly defined debate I put forth, let me know-- as you know, my target isn\'t you, but those sterling individuals you are championing. Beyond that, I\'m not interested in conversing with you-- I don\'t negotiate with terrorists. And with you, it\'s worse than that-- you know EXACTLY whose cause you are promoting, and the level of their work and ethics.

Alydar-- that\'s a pretty clever (and typical) reworking of fact, untruth, and omission. I\'m not going to spend the time straightening it out, since no one cares, and you know both that I\'m telling the truth, and that you are trying to find a way out of a debate you agreed to, one which will expose your pals and you for what you are. As I said, you will take the discussion in any direction you can to muddy the waters-- even trading on that kid. YOU brought him up, not me.

Meanwhile-- I was unable to find several posts I wrote about the GP stuff, but I did find some. Paul informs me there is no search engine for the old board, but you can go through it by going all the way down and hitting \"archives\" on the right side. Looking forward to you doing what you said (yesterday, I think-- \"we\'ll do it your way\", or something like that). Right, stand-up guy?

Let me know when you are ready to start, and what your questions are about the GP teletimer. Remember you are obligated to give a good faith response about the BC and Derby issues on the Ragozin board, in the kind of detail I provide about the GP stuff. You\'re a fair, intellectually honest guy, so it shouldn\'t be a problem. I\'m done responding to anything else from you.

Are you responding to emails you have gotten or posts that you have deleted?  Or neither?

Jim-- They are responses to posts on the Ragozin board-- without that information I would see where it would be hard to follow, or you would think I was talking to an imaginary friend, like Jimmy Stewart in Harvey.

The back and forth is undoubtedly not of interest to anyone but Alydar/Janis Joplin, but the ultimate byproduct should be of interest to everyone. He is the only poster on the Ragozin board who actually knows anything about making figures, he has already looked at both the Derby and BC Sprint, and he hates my guts and can\'t be viewed as a TG partisan. So his discussion of Ragozin\'s errors-- whoops, the differences-- should be illuminating. It\'s about the only way I can think of to get Ragozin\'s other customers to realize what is going on-- that not only have those guys made errors, but they have decided not to admit or fix them as a matter of PR policy.

It does come with a price-- I hate this crap, although probably not as much as those of you reading it do.

You can run, but you can\'t hide from errors such as these. Theres no oversight there. The little oversight that exists emanates from this board. If the random checking that occurs here has their big races coming up off, the implications are eye opening.

Value is a degrading concept there. Its because their figures can\'t isolate it. Someone was just singing their praises for the 4-1 Aqueduct 10 mark stakes winner. 4-1 is better than passing and its a lot better than losing, but they don\'t isolate many true value plays there. They can\'t.

And now they turn their backs on their own base? The Clods must be crazy.
