If one can decide Wet Paint is a bet against then today\'s Alabama stakes becomes an interesting betting proposition CAW\'s and all. Why? Because to me many of the fillies are lightly raced to date and capable of tossing in a jump up performance.

Oddly the one I hesitate to put in that group is the Dallas Stewart trainee and call me superstitious but I just won\'t bet on a Bejarano ridden entry in a grade One at today\'s venue.

A Long story short, Chocolate Gelato with a m/l of 15/1 worthy of a WP or an accross the board play. Or Fireline a similar candidate. The breeding, connections  and improving trend of Julia Shining warrants a possible key designation imho. Lastly, the rail horse Sacred Wish seems a possible vertical bet payoff multiplier as the m/l price probably holds sans many scratches.

Good Luck

I believe that this is the distance Julia Shining wants. Being a full sister to the great Malathat. I also believe she has more upside than most of these fillies.
I think Sacred Wish had her best set-up in the CCAO and I will pass on her.
Perhaps the two fillies coming out of the Indiana Oaks will be overlooked and offer great value in exotics.

Randomized fastest filly in the race and wins at 7/1

Lone speed on top of that.

I have been a Thorograph customer for many years but started posting only recently and have always respected your picks. I just wish I had seen your post that you were betting on Randomized

Other than the winner all the other fillies were spinning their wheels. Gambling Girl was the only one with an excuse as she was sawed off by Taxed out of the gate.
Does anyone like Window Shopping in the Del Mar Oaks?

Fair enough

I live in the Palm Springs area. Spent the am getting sand bags and preparing for a tropical storm.

Watching Hubi Hurkacz play Carlos Alcaraz in the Semis in Cincinnati.  I\'m good friends with his coach.

I literally put the play in 1 min before post. Got the email with this race and the DMR race.

Lone speed and she had the 2 fastest figs in the race. For me at 7/1 a clear bet.

I\'ll retract my snark sir.

Thank you for the retraction. I hope you and your family and friends will be safe as Hilary approaches. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I live north of Boston and cut my teeth at Rockingham Park, Suffolk Downs.

Stay safe
