Kinsley Kisses & Stradivari will be at good odds...

Both lacking experience... Hope JV has a good racing weekend :)

jerry

Stradivari will be half his morning line.

No way.

Nyquist and Exaggerator are taking a ton of money.  Stradivari will be a lot closer to his 8/1 ML than 4/1.

Unless one of the top two scratches, hard to imagine Strad going off <6-1 . . . that post is brutal, and if he doesn\'t flat-love the surface as it exists at post time . . .

jerry

I stand corrected. I thought 8-1 was more than a fair price. I bet him. I was wrong.

Jerry you did nothing wrong betting the violin at 8-1.  He could have been anything coming into this race, and could easily have vaulted ahead of the top two betting choices off his last race.

jerry

He was the only value in the race that I could find. Rub is JV wanted to take him outside of horses but he couldn\'t get there and had to drop in behind horses. Horse got mud in his face, got rank and spent himself fighting the bit. He\'ll be back.

Yeah I wouldn\'t curse myself for betting on this horse at 8/1 (in fact, I won\'t!). He needed things to break a certain way given his 11 post, they didn\'t break that way, life goes on. You got 8/1 on the proposition, that means even if your\'e *crushing* the market you still lose what, 7 out of 9 trials?

He\'s a good one. Ran his eyeballs out Jerry.

Good Luck,
