He is attributing Exaggerator\'s poor performance in the lane of the San Felipe to bumping with Uncle Lino at the quarter pole.

The horse failed to settle in the BC Juvenile last year.

If the half of the Derby goes in 0:47, he doesn\'t plan to be far off it.

He thinks Nyquist is going to be tough to beat.  At the top of the stench in the San Vicente, he thought Exaggerator would coast to victory, but Nyquist ran away from him.
