After watching the Kilroe, Big Cap, and San Luis Rey this weekend, seriously think I need to start playing other tracks.

I can relate to your pain, especially on today\'s stakes race. However, yesterday\'s results weren\'t totally out of the realm of possibility. I couldn\'t cash a ticket for 3 consecutive weekends and then had a banner day yesterday, including the late pick 4 at SA.
If it makes you feel any better, I\'ve been waiting a month for Quick Casablanca to run back and had him wheeled up and down in exactas and tri\'s. Obviously with the 70-1 shot on top I cashed a big fat donut. On to next weekend! Btw, because of the unique results this weekend, there is a 560K pick 6 carryover on Thursday at SA. Might be a good day to take a swing while others are distracted by the opening day of the NCAA tournament. Good luck!

I was there all weekend, and after a poor Friday had a great last 2 days. All tracks have spots to cash, you just have to find them. And yes red board police, I had that bomb. Had the 3rd horse in that blanket photo R7 that cost me the P3 and 4.

I\'ve never been to Saratoga, but it\'s hard to top SA with those awesome mountains lurking behind the track. Already looking forward to next year\'s Big Cap trip.

Edit: The deadheat was R5 but still cost me. R7 was a whiff.

On the ambience front, they both have a touch of nostalgia of simpler times.

Saratoga has that feel in the entire town is one distinction.  And the backyard is something you can only understand and feel once you have been there.  The mountains in the background at SA are breathtaking no doubt; but, the spacious facility at SA that never looks full gives Saratoga the edge to believe that I really have went backwards in time.  Others thoughts that have been to both for many years?

Rebel bound next weekend.  Florida Derby bound April 2nd.  Ky Oaks/Derby bound.  If I can squeeze Ark Derby in to see some of the TG crowd that I hear may appear, I will do my very, very best.  Most exciting and anticipated time of the year on horse racing and March Madness front!!

You had the Lobo horse? Congrats P-Dub.
Was it the 1:16 handy work or the 1:44 mile that caught your eye?

Good Luck,
