Liberaterians??? Think they would support a plan to allow social security to hold all the stock issues of our major colleges and universites. Recooping our past tax investments vice taxing the hell out of the working poor. Philantrophy equals tax avoidance (tax credits) which puts more taxes on every thing else wonder when they will tax interest on home loans and our gambling losses as well as the winners net profit?

Speaking of Sacrifices, didn\'t Smarty Jones sacrifice himself trying to go box to wire at a record setting pace. Impressive times up to the last 27 seconds. Found a way to lose - just like me LOL didn\'t bet my 4, 6, 8, 9 superfecta box in one of my earlier emails.
Got 4 straight on my pick 6 seems I faded a bit too wound up not even getting the consolation prize for picking 5 out of 6! $47,000 plus $11,000 only 24 bucks away from my back pocket.
Welcome to the club SMARTY JONES!!! Waiting on that chestnut colt and next year.

Zito\'s MAgic if you can\'t beat them get them to beat themselves. A horse that small lasting as long as he did is amazing 2:00 AT 1 1/4 would win any shorter race. The bigger horses like RHT didn\'t stand a chance and Zito going in said he was going for second. I think even he was surprised that Smarty faded too. Left Zito with an impressive Kennel 1st and 3rd to add to his 5 of 11 now 12 second place finishes in the triple crown chases.
As for the 5 Million down the drain I don\'t think so - more like an incentive bonus that was just out of reach. Not to mention a good hype job that cost the american public a lot more than the 5 mil in chump change but VISA lives on interest, hidden charges, late fees, overlimit fees and our money anyways they can afford the hype.

Post Pairings, Pace, Late Speed especially Fading Factors, Likes the rail (more likely to get boxed in), Outside the pack (more likely to be pushed wide) and several other intangibles can change the most predictable race into a HORSE RACE.
Enjoy the Game.
Enjoy the Game.

Seabiscuit beat War Admiral (Triple Crown winner) in a match race the only true measure of a better horse jockey combination. When was the last match race btw? The Triple Crown is not the only race in town. The comment about Smarty getting the dream race in almost all of his victories is not what it seems. Funny Cide finished 5th in his last outing. The only thing that impress me about Smarty is that he hasn\'t found a way to lose!

Still Think Royal ASS.ault has a exotic chance. Based on the morning Line Odds and the post position. Either the race will go off with a super box of 2,5,8,9 winning or the second best probability will be 1,6,8,9 getting the superfecta but alas even the
4,6,8,9 has an outside chance. Needless to say if I hit look for me as Bham41 no more! I am coming back as Dr. Derby which is the reverse of Derby Drive the main entrance to the track I bet at, also significant of my style of reverse handicapping which has its perks as HIND SIGHT is 20/20 and you don\'t have the wait involved but T Graph did that too.

Kudos Also Smarty\'s best performance was a second time lasik trip. What is his average Beyer compared to the others that weren\'t or even if they were second time lasik users. Maybe why lots of the morning line odds are so out of kilter. Is there a compensation factor for consistency.

Well winning is where the money is however if you are using drugs to win it would be foolish to drug the winner considering it would be tested, when drugging all the other horses would accomplish the same thing. But If I were betting on a plot twist I would lean toward another horse beating the odds on favorite. Not the fav beating itself again.
Boxing the super takes some of the risk of who edges who out of the ticket.
Smarty
Eddington
Tapit
Purge
Comically though I would love to see a ROYAL ASS.ault in the winners circle

Maybe even a network insider paying millions to show the race and pocketing personal income to make it justified. CEO\'s and big bucks go figure. Tend to talk to myself incase no one noticed. I know the instant replays in football would have done a better job proving definitively that what was in Santos hand was legal. Or even if it was, was it there when Funny Cide stumbled, War Emblem stumbled or even when Funny Cide got back on top and stopped dead in his tracks when the whip and whatever hit the horse.
Maybe we should make a movie after all the X-files of horse racketeering.
Another brilliant proposal by John Q. Filmmaker the Third.

Also wasn\'t the Kentucky Derby questioned because some one or something thought they saw a glint in Santo\'s hand. What if it was a device that supposedly could make the horse fly. But also could stop a horse in its tracks. Big Money scams happen all the time everywhere even at the races where an insider changed their pick six tickets as the races finished to lower there cost for a sure win. Even made 60 minutes or one of those night shows. Sounds more like an X-File to me. Not that I hate to lose just hate being suckered or hustled.

Yea right!!! War Emblem and Funny Cide both stumbled out of the gate. Both WE and FC lost the last leg of the triple crown as heavy favorites. Pushing the odds is nothing new. What happened to letting the best man and horse win.
Against all odds.
Against all odds.

There is a Funny Cide to every story. Would Funny Cide have taken the triple crown if he hadn\'t stumbled coming out of the gate. And even despite that setback didn\'t he make it back to 1st only to break when the whip was used. FUNNY CIDE was a much better dark horse than Smarty. THE hype is better but they aren\'t hyping the horse they are hyping the bucks associated with the Total Package. Not the Mention SANTOS was HOT HOT HOT winning all day long at the Belmont.
