Why didn\'t Jerry review Brandy in the seminar? Horse wasn\'t even listed in the special they put out for purchase.

Boscar Obarra: DWL , would this be the first time he did this? The 100th?  Didn\'t he win last year (edit, it was 2012, Juvie Sprint , Hightail ,15-1 ) on the undercard with some bomb? Speed type, inside bias?
