As per the figures that JB was kind enough to post, Swift warrior runs the fastest figure in the race by a full point and he finishes up the track

It\'s not easy finding a good next spot for him where he won\'t give up a ton of weight or face monsters.   Been looking all week. Suggestions welcome.

It could have been worse. It was a coin toss to take off another point from the race.

You need to find a handicap or something else that doesn\'t have allowance conditions.

Good god.

Problem with the upcoming handicap is the distance amd point of entry. I know his figs so honestly more worried about the distance.

Hi Jim,

First, thanks for the Dixie Stakes rundown. Skyring was impossible, but you had good calls on Willcox and the beaten favorite Imagining.

How about the Bernard Baruch Handicap, spend a few days with the family upstate. No reason why your guy can\'t run a  \'1\' going 1 1/16 over that course. Always love Labor Day w/e up there.

Or maybe the Poker at Bel? Doesn\'t look like there\'s much at Del or Mth.

TGJB

You have any reason to think he WON\'T handle 1 1/4? He ran a top at the longest distance he tried. Why not try? Off the loss you\'ll do okay in the weights. And if he does handle it, it opens a lot of doors.

Arlington Handicap -> Million ?

Is there anything at Royal Ascot?

Works for Ramsey.

quote from racing post........

The remaining 23 races of the royal meeting are made up of lesser Group events and cracking handicaps.

How about the Eddie Read at Del Mar? July 20 -- Mile and 1/8. Grade 1 race -- no monsters out here.

Labeebmile

The Gr.II, $200k Monmouth Stakes closes in two days. Quick wheelback running on June 9th, but haven\'t read of any real monsters heading there. 9 furlongs won\'t be a problem.

Woodbine King Edward G2 $200K 1 Mile late June

Belt Parkway Handicap,Grade 1A, everyday 5pm....don\'t know what shoes Warrior should wear for potholes, bends?

Thanks for the thoughts all

We considered the Monmouth race but the weight conditions there are even worse than the Dixie. We would have to give up 7lbs to all of them in that one.

The woodbine race is also a consideration. We are calling the racing office to get the weight conditions of that one as they aren\'t online yet.

There\'s an overnight stake at Belmont on June 14th where the weight isn\'t terrible and he could run out of his stall against competition he should handle.

Thanks again all for the thoughts.

Oscar party in at Churchill today. She\'s training great but she\'s a few steps slow for these. Will really have to step up her game to win.

Thanks alot. Honestly didn\'t see that one coming. She didn\'t figure on the sheets. Makes up for last few when I thought we were loaded and we lost.

Thanks again.
