something tells me make music will be a in a nice stalking position for the belmont, only a few lengths behind the speed

upon watching the replays i\'ve noticed that the horse has some hidden gate speed if wanted.  it\'s just a matter of deduction, and my gut says thew horse will be in good position.

dunno if it translates into a win, but half of the field doesn\'t belong in this race.

I like his pattern mixed with the 5 week break, but I\'m having a difficult time with the rumor that he has a foot problem and this latest comment from Haskin on Bloodhorse:

From an observational standpoint, over the past week and a half, the horse who has shown the most physical improvement since the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) has been Make Music For Me. His coat looks fantastic, he's put on weight since the Derby, and he looks like a happy horse. The biggest problem they've had with him is trying to get him in the barn after grazing. He'd plant his front feet and refuse to go in.

Can anyone confirm the weight gain and/or the foot problem? The other issue/concern pointed out by Covello is him not taking the bit while working on the main track. A lot of questions.
