These stewards belong behind bars for failing to drop the #3 back to 3rd and moving the 9 up.

Whenever the judges take no action, i love it. The last thing we need is judges altering results and playing god with winning horseplayers money. Pay the winners. If you cross the line first, you should get paid. horse racing is a contact sport, and \'stuff\' happens sometimes, but you have to pay off the winners.

I saw this race and first thing I said was \"Inquiry\". After I watched the replay the next thing I said was the third place finisher (who was fouled) was a dead horse.

One would like to think in these situations there are honest jockey\'s who will tell the Stewards I had nothing left and the outcome would not have changed even if the winner had not come over.

At least this is the way it should be.

Sekrah.. that 3 horse should have come down from what I saw..A little drifting I could understand but a right turn before between the 1/16th and the finish line in front of another horse who was closing is a no no in my book..The 9 could have gotten second for sure ..I have to agree with you on the bad call by the stewards.  No bet in the race for me so i\'m unbiased..

Ridiculous.. The 3rd place horse had run in him and was right there.  After he checked, he geared back up and closed a couple feet on the lugging 2nd place horse over the final 40-50 yards.

Following the rules set out, this should of been a no-brainer DQ.
