No European # - Just Isn't Right

i have purchased the thorograph numbers for the pass 4 or 5 years on big days including the breeders cup.  

for the breeders cup, i have always purchased the the advanced package assuming i would get the euro #\'s that the people purchasing later get.  for the past 4 or 5 years that has been true.  you have posted the euro #\'s in the past usually along with the other races on the bc card.  why are you changing the way you do business?  and why wasn\'t i warned?

i read where it stated euro #\'s were not included with the advanced package.  you have stated the same thing every year - not meaning that people purchasing the advanced editions where not going to get them, but that you have not had time to do them, and that when you had them done we would receive them.

i assume that your euro #\'s would be tight just like they always are, but i do not understand why i shouldn\'t receive them.  i paid by $25 on saturday, oct 19.  isn\'t my $25 as good as someone who pays $25 tomorrow (wednesday, oct 23)?  

would you please re-consider letting the advance purchaser have these #\'s?

i just read the special package i bought it stated no foreign #\'s - no updates.  so technically you are correct and you do not have to let me have the euro #\'s for the $25 that i paid.  however, i think that you find a way to get a good customer those #\'s.

I understand your frustration. But it was stated that Euro numbers are not included. Its the reason I\'m waiting to get my sheets until wednesday. Perhaps with the number of frustrated people Jerry can do something for everybody. However, if not we were all notified beforehand. Good luck on Saturday.
