Even if the people you are entering into a partnership with are now standing in jail..........

And out of the other side of your mouth you are claiming how you intend to clean up the integrity of the game.

Are you sure about that......

Take it from someone who knows. Midnight Cry partner Bill Gallion was always destined for jail.

The only variable was time.

Which is what he is doing now..........

If memory serves (and it does) Mth did once run at this time of year.  I think they ran into early Nov.  It must have been before that abortion known as the Meadowlands came to be, so it was a long time ago.

The records must exist somewhere if someone wanted to see if running times were affected.  Seems like getting into the area of how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, to me.

As to Brad Thomas, I wouldn\'t trust the opinion of anyone who would wear those sunglasses.

I\'ve seemed to have better luck w/ closers coming from more than 3 1/2 lengths back at MTH when the main track is wet or drying . Given normal fractions and conditions  , those with a late foot IMO almost need to start making their move  on the backstretch or at the beginning of the far turn ...

Sounds like a Midnight Lute move.

About four or five wide.

I don\'t doubt Monmouth did run this late once, but if it was that many years ago I wouldn\'t worry about it.

I think the rain will be more of a factor than anything...I knew once I decided to attend that the weather forecast would take a turn for the worse. :)

Well, it\'s not a hurricane, and that\'s the only good weather news there is.

I saw Chistina Olivares (excellent, as always) interview the track superintendent on TVG yesterday.  He seemed to be more worried about the main track than the turf.  He expressed concern about the readiness of the new cushion (just installed this year) to handle the amount of water it could get this week.
