richiebee: I did a better job of identifying \"Tankers\" (LITF, Ouija Board, Leroids, Ashado) than I did \"Bankers\" (Silver Train, Intercontinental, Artie Schiller and Pleasant Home). Hard to imagine I left the 4 aforementioned faves off all P3 and P4 tickets and still came up empty.

The Shirocco/ Flower Alley late DD would have gotten me part of the way back. The Shirocco/ Super Frolic late DD would have put me well over the top. SF ran hard the entire trip and I hope he came back OK.

Kev says the world\'s greatest racetrack opens tomorrow. My favorite racetrack opens on Wednesday.

The SHIROCCO/FLOWER ALLY late double puts me in the Bahamas for a month. I caught with St. LIAM and the LIAM/ALLY exacta, but I loved the other way and bet much more even though FA was 10-1.

Amazing how strong ST.LIAM was at the wire for a horse who never won at the distance.

Oh, by the way...I guess SILVER TRAIN\'s back is \"ALL\" better.

Delmar Deb: Did you see the ad in the BC Day Racing Form with pictures of and testimonials from Todd Pletcher and Dale Romans on the Dr. Allday patented medication (starts with \"L\" but can\'t remember the name)?

I wonder if they will now amend the ad with a banner over the two of them saying \"2005 BC Classic Exacta!\"

Is Allday REALLY a \"doctor?\" What graduate school did he attend? What years did he attend? What degree does he hold? I once inquired about the backgrounds of a certain backstretch vet - one who was commonly called a \"doctor\" there - only to learn that he never attended med school, and was never degreed.

I think Allday attended the University of the Meadowlands, Harness Racing / Winter Division in years past when it was the Wild West of Permissiveness. Perhaps he learned well from the best of the buggy boys there.

In any case, on Saturday, it was Allday Allday Allday... all day. Including my favorite zinger: PLEASANT HOME.

blind_pursuit: I can\'t find the answer to your specific questions, but I have found that he is licensed by the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners.

I can also tell you his cell phone number.  Maybe you want to call and ask him yourself?

Delmar Deb: He went to one of the Texas universities...can\'t remember which one but Jerry might.  One of his \"classmates\" who owns show horses wrote to this board once when he was \"googling\" and said that Allday was very smart, but he was not at all surprised that he ended up in somewhat questionable pursuits.

If you search the archives under Allday, you can probably find the post.  The guy who wrote in was legitimate - I had already seen some of his postings on the show horse site when I was trying to find out about the new patented medicine Allday had developed, and which was being used in the show horse industry.  Seemed to have miraculous results on horses with hind-end problems...they were rejuvenated!

nonight: He\'s licensed in Kentucky!? Gosh! I bet he really had to run the gauntlet there! Ask him if he can get us Barry Bonds\' autograph and some cheap steroids.
