A big tip of the hat to TG customer Paul Shurman, who won the Bradley contest over the weekend, which sends him back to the NTRA finals.

Also congratulations to Paul Shurman, who won the Youbet contest the same day.

That\'s right, Paul won both. Since by rule he can only have one seat in Vegas, Paul gave up his Youbet title.

Which made the winner of that contest TG customers Michelle and Charlie Thompson, who will join Paul in Vegas.

Per the drf, Mr Shurman being the only person ever to win two in one day is impressive, as is the fact that this is the 4th consecutive time he has qualified for the NHC. I don\'t know what his Bradley total was, but the most impressive thing of all to me was achieving a \"blow away the field\" roi of 757% on Del\'s Sun card, given the three races which were taken off the turf & all the scratches. Very well done.

Not that the 542% roi earned by team Thompson under the same conditions is anything to sneeze at, particularly in light of the new, more difficult rules/format. Congrats are very much in order, & you have mine.

From the article, it appears that the Sunday Del card was as good to Shurman as it was to those of us who were down there that day-- that was the Choose Six with the 50k guarantee.

Seriously, for those who haven\'t been there, that\'s a great little racetrack. I hadn\'t been there since going down with Friedman when I was still at Ragozin\'s, and among the developments is what looks like a real nice golf course they built around the outside of the grounds. Off the website, it\'s something like a 135 slope from the middle tees.

But go on a day it\'s a little cooler. Man.

Any chance putting up the fantastic Sunday Delaware card again for those that missed it?

Thanks.
May they all come home safely!

The problem with putting up a whole card after it has been run is that we have to type in every name manualy, instead of getting a file from Equibase as we usually do that pulls all the horses automatically. It would be a lot of work, we do it a couple of times a year (Derby day etc.), but we probably won\'t be doing it here.
