US wagering - re Canadians

Calling on any and all Canucks out there to put the CPMA\'s feet to the fire , re their blocking our access to US betting pools.
It seems their concern is the 4 second bet cancel delay feature that exists in California and New Jersey .
Matt Hegarty has an article in Sunday\'s Form , and Woodbine has posted an open letter to it\'s wagering customers on their website as well .
If taking down a large exotic payoff with ZERO withholding tax appeals to you , either sign the petition at Woodbine or e-mail - Thane Bell at tbell@agr.gc.ca and demand that the CPMA change it\'s paternalistic stance .We as bettors deserve the choice and opportunity of betting into the large US pools. bj
