CHRB and XpressBet

Remember last winter when Magna was restricting rights to the Santa Anita signal and the CHRB was threatening to get tough with XpressBet when its license came up for renewal.  The CHRB obviously doesn\'t.

The following is from the tail end of a Thoroughbred Times piece on this week\'s CHRB meeting:

\"During the meeting, the board also renewed the licenses of Television Games Network, XpressBet, and Youbet.com, the state's three account-wagering operators.\"
