There should be some provision to allow other horses to draw-in when there is a scratch.  I would have liked to see Sunday Break make it.  Even if they made the scratched-in horses take the far outside posts, that\'d still be better than getting shut out.

tony g: I think the first 2 \"also eligible\'s\" would have been Windward Passage & USS Tinosa so Sunday Break would still be out but your point is well taken.
