Where have I seen this before? People are pointing fingers at the surface at MetLife Stadium.

Some NFL \"handicappers\" are under the impression that natural turf is safer than synthetics.

Rest assured that Michael Dickinson is working on a solution. Tapeta NFL Footings is right around the corner.

Back in Zach (he aint no Cadillac).

When Aaron Rodgers went down last night, I immediately thought of the AC/DC
classic \"Back in Black\". NYJ fans are back to Zach

The Rodgers injury confirms the longstanding tale that the Jets are a cursed
franchise. I could tie this to the rumors that the fix was in for Supe III,
that the Baltimore Colts tanked, that large sums were bet, that Broadway Joe
Namath drank so much during the days leading up to Supe III that even Fairmount
may have been impressed.

So fellow cursed J-E-T-S fans: Who had a longer tenure with the NYJ? Rodgers as
QB or Belechick as HC?

This does end a long debate I have had with NYJ fans: Number 8 in your program
is the best QB ever to take the field for the Jets. Namath was a folk hero,
tough as nails, a great leader but statistically does not belong in HOF.

Yeah I\'m still mad about the cold blustery day that my dad dragged me to Shea
to watch the NYJ. Great seats -- we were closer to the jets landing at
LaGuardia than we were to the Jets on the field. Namath threw five picks and
the Broncos made easy work of the home team.

Backing up Zach: The fun name that came up was Blake Bortles. He had thrown a
bunch of pick sixes and was asked at a press conference what he planned to do
about it; his answer was that he planned to work on his tackling technique.

The real question jets fans should ask is when Jordan Love gets traded to the jets 15 years or longer ??

\"...the injury rate of knee sprains as a whole was 22% higher on FieldTurf than on natural grass. While MCL sprains did not occur at a rate significantly higher than on grass, rates of ACL sprains were 67% higher on FieldTurf.\"

The third nationally televised tragic breakdown in about a month\'s time in New York

Rodgers will be back in no time. Maker has him now and is pointing him to one of those turf races that they run at the Meadowlands in October.

Good Luck,
Joe B

Btw what is 39 in horse years 10?

prist

I\'m all for grass. Grass is good.

Did you see the latest from HISA? They hired a om-buds-man. ;-)

jbelfior

Yes it is. Not a problem....Maker will have him winning the Red Smith at Aqueduct in late November.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

I will go so far as to say that Joe Namath is the most overrated player in the history of sports. Obviously hard to quantify but can anyone name another player?

At least he won a Super Bowl. How about Dan Marino?
