I feel like I\'ve got a hangover and I didn\'t have a single drink in the last 24+ hours. Oh, I don\'t drink anymore.

I\'m greeted by twenty-something women (all made up and wardrobed) on ESPN analyzing the Masters? the last bastion of Chauvenism!

Three major KY Derby prep races yesterday? What, if anything did we learn?

In the Wood, the crowd betting favorite was the 2nd slowest horse (based on prior TG tops) in the race.  Early Voting was expected to run fast early and slow late did. The crowd along with TG seminar got the race right enough to have made money. By playing the slow horses?

In the Bluegrass, with lots of relatively slow horses, the race went pretty much according to form and Chad Brown had a good day.

In the Santa Anita Derby, and (by the way) by now many of us are suspecting Baffert\'s proxy trainers are not able to get the same speed out of his trainees as the original team. Um, uh, the two celebrity horses got crushed first one early and the other late. The winner could have been had if you figured the favorites had flaws. Yawn.

Take Away - Horse Racing is Unpredictable. A Young Black Woman analyzing the Masters was predictable. One-legged golfers are no better than three-legged racehorses. Which has nothing to do with their spirit.

We now head into a phase of who should, who shouldn\'t, who will, and who won\'t Kentucky Derby. IMHO we have the makeup for an interesting formful Triple Crown This Year.

The TG seminar got the Wood \'right enough\'?   I\'m not complaining....it\'s horse racing after all.

But the seminar said MoDonegal was a \"bet against.\"  Or did I misread that?

While I\'m at it, Chad had better than a \'good day\' at Keeneland.  That horse closed into a modest pace and made up impressive ground in the last eighth.  Talk about quickening.

My apology, for my misinformation Mo was called a Bet Against by TG seminar. Which made sense to me then and the Crowd liked him for who knows what reason the trainer I guess?

Now he get a new top I assume and becomes a bounce candidate? His Wood race impressed me.

Well Caca I must be hungover. I got the S.A. Derby wrong also. Asleep at the wheel and not much interested in Santa Anita I hadn\'t realized the Winner Taiba is a Baffert Refugee handled fine by Yakeen evidently.

Messier - Is better @ hockey, or just jogging for a few more points

Taiba - Earns figure, time was pretty good, the pace was honest. The pedigree is good.
