If I\'m Brad Cox, trainer of Caddo River, I\'m starting to work the refs - and the media - right now about an uncoupled Baffert horse pushing me to the center of the race track early.

I think CONCERT TOUR is a much higher regarded horse than RESTORING HOPE who blocked for Justify. I could even see him ending up the chalk.

No living way he’s the favorite.

Yeah, if the horse is in the gate, he\'s the favorite and it won\'t be remotely close. In the last 20ish years, it\'s only the very longshot Derby winners who run in but don\'t go off favored in the Preakness.

The level of confidence out there that Concert Tour can get a 1 3/16 is probably pretty low.

Good Luck,

The kind of horse that goes off favored against a Derby winner is Rachel or Alydar, Easy Goer (?). This ain’t that.

It’s possible EQ would have been favored if he ran.

Maybe I was a bit dramatic regarding favoritism but CONCERT TOUR will take a TON of money. I do stand by comment that the barn and owners hold  him in much higher regard than RESTORING HOPE who blocked for JUSTIFY. Interesting that both are owned by Gary West.

Baffert has said, he was surprised by the off effort by CONCERT TOUR as the odds on favorite in the Arkansas Derby and was scratching his head over the lack of punch in the stretch. He also implied that it was The West\'s call to run at Pimlico so not sure what to make of it all.
