I could not get a bet in on line during the hour before the Derby.
Trying the phone line was equally as frustrating.

I will be taking cash to The Belmont.

BitPlayer: I started getting error messages when I went to bet the Turf Classic, after which I switched over to XpressBet and had no problems.  (It would have been better for me if XpressBet had also rejected my Derby bets.)  I wonder if NYRA was smart enough to prioritize me out of the queue based on my bet amounts.
