Does TG know what the Belmont Day package will consist of yet?

Tried to close my NYRA account so I could participate and was told I had to send a written letter, send a fax, and arrange for an appearance by the Pope or the President. Unfortunately unable to comply I chose to withdraw all my funds and will never wager there again.
