You guys have major problems with the Derby ground, the relationship between the 4-5-6 finishers is way off. For it to be right, for example, Practical Joke would have had to have been wider on the turns than Classic Empire. The reverse was true, clearly. The Derby field is obviously unusually large-- and this is exactly why we have more than one set of eyes on it.

To the \"Ragozin\" customers, a few points.

1-- This is a factual matter, easily proved or disproved. You don\'t have to take anyone\'s word for anything, watch the replay yourself. (Or look it up on Trakus, they have CE traveling 58 feet further than PJ).

2-- This is the Derby. How much care do you think they\'re putting into the work for the track you bet daily?

3-- The big question is whether they will fix the error now that I have brought it to light, or just ignore the problem-- like they did with the beaten length error they made in the Smarty Jones Derby, after we pointed it out. If their concern is giving their customers correct data they will fix this one. If they\'re more concerned with PR, they\'ll ignore it.

We will see. I know which side of that bet I like.

This is a joke. A clear-cut slam dunk error in Ragozin\'s [Derby] figures. PRACTICAL JOKE clearly saved more ground than CLASSIC EMPIRE. There\'s no way Ragozin should have awarded him a lower figure than CE.

Stunning.

Look on the bright side, they got the XX on Thunder Snow right.

my apologies if anyone was drinking coffee while reading that.

Tavasco

I love it. That\'s just about what I thought when I read their numbers this afternoon.

I wanted to post something but I was just so astonished I didn\'t know what to say.

maybe they factored the outer paths as advantaged and adjusted final figures with mathematical science!  Wasn\'t there a movie about that? (I still love Kelly Lebrock)

Vito-- childish analogy aside, here\'s the problem. You\'re about to run head on into the brick wall of reality. Because they draw the Preakness today, and by tonight you will be looking at Jake\'s sheet for Classic Empire. And one of two things will be true-- either they will be selling you data that they (and you) now know is wrong, or they will have fixed it, admitting they made a massive error in the biggest race of the year. And as you may have already figured out, making that last figure two points faster changes that horse\'s pattern a whole lot.

A quick look at the #s you gave in the DERBY,Sugest that there has to be a major error on your part, because you have a lot of horses going forward and not enough PAIR UPS,so do your self a favor and double check those #s.

TGJB

Thanks, Vito. You show a good understanding of the subject matter.

Meanwhile, do a search for \"spellcheck\".

Easy question Ritis. How do you give PJ a better # than CE? Love to hear the explanation. I can\'t come up with one. All of numbers aside, please explain

Boscar Obarra

Theory #1 : It\'s an auxiliary gate adjustment

Theory #2 : It\'s a Practical Joke

I\'ll go with Alternative Facts for $200, Alex.

If that is really you Vito, love the Donald Trump school of rebuttal: \"The best defense is a good offense\"! OK, so you really can\'t defend it either. Regarding the tops, I pled the fifth, knowing it was a tough race to evaluate. But path? not so much.

I actually feel bad for Vito.   But it is a self inflicted wound.  Nobody is beyond reproach.  If I am buying a product and I know there is a flaw, I want it explained.

Vito likely believes the world is flat and we never landed on the moon

TGJB

I do not. Here\'s why.

Of course, I would have won my bet. I\'ve now seen their Preakness sheet for CE, and they didn\'t fix it. They KNOWINGLY are giving out error riddled data to their customers. They are CHARGING people for it. And in this case it is no minor issue-- this is a major contender in a Triple Crown race, and it\'s the difference between one of the fastest horses (and second favorite) running three times as a 3yo and not getting back to his 2yo top, or him getting back to it and possibly being poised to break through. And with his last being almost as fast as AD ran, instead of much slower.

And Vito won\'t call them on it. He would rather view me as the bad guy. And that\'s on him. I have no sympathy.

Vito, here\'s the good news. You have a big edge on all the other suckers who bought Jake\'s Preakness sheets (at a special increased price, by the way, they\'re clearly hurting). You know to take 2 off that figure. The ones who don\'t come here, don\'t.

There\'s a line in On The Waterfront.\"I was ratting on myself all those years, I didn\'t even know it.\"

Are those clowns over there relevant at all?? Except for the handful of jerkoffs that make jokes only an idiot would enjoy??

How many of those geniuses cashed the Oaks?

Do they have any idea that rational people laugh at them? Not much is funnier than watching the clueless think they are smarter than the rest. Its pure comedy.

Vito is too busy constructing silly stories about hamburgers to care about s----y figures.

Just let those fools do what they do. Its kinda funny.
