NO sour grapes here.  My thoughts on the Oaks are on this forum.  I used 13-14.  I was personally happy Paco pushed the pace.

I suggest a good learning experience for you would be to look at the fractions of the races all day long on the dirt.  22 and change for a 1 1/8 was horrible  

Jockeys have to have a clock.  There was no loose rein.  Paco was pushing and niggling on his mount in the first quarter and the half.  Not necessary.  

PW wasn\'t winning no matter what the pace was.  Hard to say what the result would have been if Paco hadn\'t unnecessarily pushed the pace.

Once again your seminar was well worth the money.

For both races I keyed 2 horses up and down in the trifecta. AT and Lockdown in the Oaks, PJ and Mc in the Derby. Had decent exacta punches on both, thus the Lockdown comment for 2nd. My win bets were on AT and PJ.

Used the all button with the keys on top. Keys/Keys/All and Keys/All/Keys. I thought it was well worth the investment given the odds. I hammered The Wizards in Game 3 to give me a decent bankroll to play with. Played a bit bigger punch on the Oaks tri, I thought it was a stronger play than the Derby (thanks to the gentleman who gave me a little info regarding the Derby).

A very successful player told me long ago that constructing tickets is just as important as picking winners if not more so. Now hitting an all button isn\'t rocket science, but in a chaos setting (off track, favs look vulnerable, etc..) hitting all covers you when the horse you least expect to hit the board does just that. At the odds offered, and with the favorites vulnerable, it\'s not a bad idea at all, especially if you can key one horse at least.

A buddy of mine played a $1 tri going 8x8x8 that cost $336 and returned 8k plus. He didn\'t have a solid opinion on any horse in particular, but spread out using the ones he liked and hit it. Never occurred to me to try that.

I whiffed on the Derby, even with five $10 Oaks/Derby double tickets alive.

Red Board police put away your sirens. I used the seminar horses, and hit an all button. The horses to key were made quite clear.

Love your seminars, look forward to the next one. Maybe Belmont Day you\'ll have another.

Last thing, why aren\'t sheets included for the 3 stakes races on the seminar??
