Boscar Obarra? Is that a real name or a \"pig latin\" version of Oscar Barrera?

I linked to the Hong Kong Jockey Club site. The video race replay files go back years. One thing that caught my eye was that the horses weight was indicated with body weight changes since the last race. One day we will have the same information available at every track in the U.S.
