I have a question.  I saw on TVG that they had Pablo listed as #21.  Will he be this number for the wagering?  Or do horses 12-20 all move down one slot and get a new number?  I mean is Wicked Strong now number 19?  Please advise.

louisvilleguy1111: He will be number 21 the last 4 or 5 numbers on the tote rotate at CD. Wicked Strong is still #20.
