Why can\'t we have stuff like that here? Racing is thriving in Hong Kong.  We should be able to do the same here.

Boscar Obarra: No idea. We\'ve come a long way, but the sheer depth of data they provide + HD video is amazing.

 Tells you each horses daily routine, swimming, jogging, etc. Not sure how useful that might be but it\'s there.  Also they seem to report  vet work.

 They just suspended a jockey for what they considered a non effort. If we applied the same standard here, we\'d be down to 3 or 4 riders in week. Nationwide.

 All in all, light years ahead of anything we do here.
