US racing staved off total embarrassment by lack of a lead change by Declaration Of War in the Classic. Second and third string euros literally ran over out best horses for two days.

Can only imagine if the  best Euros showed up and were pointed for the BC,surely would be ugly.Like others have said, the figs are largely irrelevant as many of the Euros outrun them.Just about every Euro that ran well will get a new top.......hmmmm.JB\'s write up ok imo, very light on Kool Aid.

Another big performance by Jim\'s Testa Rossi who was out tripped by the winner.Horrific performance by hay oats and water trainer Bill Mott with Royal Delta.Lukas horses all ran well.Baffy mixed bag, TAP no factor, Chad Brown\'s turf halo a little tarnished(Bobbys Kitten brutal ride got Castellano fired, reportedly)

Neutral two days, Artemus and Vordha, my best ideas nowhere, MMM took me out in the last round.Good racing for gamblers but very average performances by most, Wise Dan great horse to not get beat yesterday off ugly trip.

Silver Charm

Miff maybe they have better Horsemen not horses? Medication Rules have made it to easy on people over here for too long.

If this keeps up . . . think you\'re going to hear a renewal of the drumbeat for a Belmont-based late-October multi-race event.  Not everyone can work the Ritvo and ship MMMM (or his equivalent) to Cali for an inordinate period of time prior to the event.

Silver,

Been around way to long to believe anything but it\'s 90+% the horse.Horsemen,so to speak, apples in a barrel.

Medication way more liberal here but Europe not\" clean\" either.
