Rick,

My point on the surface was, as I said, the guru of  track surfaces was involved. Guessing his role is mainly safety. Ironically, a horse broke down and one pulled up.Of course, the surface was fast, JB may wish to offer how he handled raw( add, subtract, no adj)

Never to be disregarded by us speed figure players is that overall the figs were just ok, none really super fast, a couple saved by ground loss.Noticed the track slowing down both days later in the card.

Euros bitch slapped us with their second and third string runners

New Yorker having attended several East Coast BC\'s,they have to be nuts to hold it anywhere but the incomparable Santa Anita, all things considered.
