[Silver Charm]

I was very critical of their racing surface a few years back when it first went Poly....deep slow and just not good racing visually as horses labored badly. This was a decent Meet. The surface was fine so thumbs  up to them. I am not sure how great the depth of Calif stock is anymore but the quality of the ambiance etc is as good as it gets.

Will be an interesting next few months as Calif transitions into a new circuit very soon with a lot of unknowns. Hoping for the best....

I actually thought the track was too speed favoring this meet, spped seemed like a huge advantage.
