Sallys Dream has never made up ground on another until today. Was it a due to the efforts of the 4% win pct rider? Even Wizard Of Oz a few races previous made more sense to me.

So Kudo\'s to those able to see through the lackluster previous efforts and to the nice job done by the ....

Not the toughest of fields and previous indicated readiness. Pletcher\'s was iffy. Was that race riding in the stretch? Or inability to run straight.

The horse passed a horse in it\'s last start when she won by 4 and had 5 turf wins, none that were wire to wire and won at Saratoga last year coming from slightly off the pace.  She got 2 B+s in the DRF clocker\'s report, which is a high grade. Bridgmohan may have been 4% at Saratoga this year, but he\'s a top rider.  How can a filly who won by 4 & had good works be overlooked as lackluster?  As they say \"She had a few things going for her\".

Edit: I looked over the sheet in the Redboard Room & she also had the best consistent sheet #s in this race.
