last six big favorites have lost. most of them were horses that have shown speed in the past, but suddenly have been dropping way back. looks like he stopped training his ny stable himself, and is focusing on the Hol races and the upcoming GP meet. what to do with ashado tomorrow? i have to imagine he has been keeping an eye on her. pletcher\'s last win was with balto, a horse that flopped in the BC. interesting, a number of horses that ran in the BC have come back to run well - victory usa, evening attire, posse, riskaverse, toccet, and balto. not one of those horses ran well on BC day (vusa was good i guess).

will be interesting to see how his horses run today. in the first WtC looks a bit slow, but has a ton of speed. he has a maiden in the second that took a lot of money last and flopped first out. has been training at mth. he has alke in the 6th, coming off a very fast race, with 6 weeks rest. if this one doesn\'t run well, something is wrong. ashado goes in the 7th, looks like the fastest, and seems like BC horses are coming back to run well. looks a bit faster on paper than LR, but shug\'s horse is bred to go on, and improvement is likely. finally, he has WV in the 8th. fast horse, with a DI of 2.0, and gets a hot jock. i would guess this one will be involved for a while. i will refrain from making big bets on any of these races, but will be watching with interest..... any thoughts out there on the CD races? finally a nice day, i just started looking at it.
