BC - No Lasix for 2 year olds?

I was just noticing that all of the 2 year olds are off Lasix - has that always been the case in the Breeders Cup or is that new this year?
Do you try to account for that in your handicapping or assume that everyone is at an equal disadvantage(assuming everyone has used Lasix previously)?

I found my own answer(all over the news and on this forum).....I don\'t get out much. Still hard to believe......
